Shipping policy

BY PURCHASING PRODUCTS FROM SINASTRY WORLD, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. ORDER SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

IN-STOCK ORDERS

Items that are not marked as PRE-ORDER are currently in stock. Your order will be processed within 2–5 working days and shipped within the normal shipping timeframe stated below.

Estimated delivery times:

UK: 2–3 business days
Europe: 3–5 business days
US & Canada: 6–7 business days
Rest of the World: 6–7 business days

PRE-ORDER ORDERS

Items clearly marked PRE-ORDER are not currently in stock and will be produced as part of our upcoming bulk production.

Please allow approximately 8–14 weeks for production and delivery.

Pre-order orders follow a different shipping timeframe from our standard in stock orders. We will keep you updated throughout the manufacturing process, including production progress, completion and shipping.

Please ensure you are comfortable with the 8–14 week timeframe before purchasing a PRE-ORDER item.

Please check the product description before purchasing to determine whether your item is IN STOCK or available as a PRE-ORDER.

2. FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over £150.

Free standard shipping applies to eligible in-stock orders and follows the standard delivery timeframes stated above.

3. ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING

In-stock orders are processed within 2–4 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via the email address provided at checkout. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after dispatch.

4. UNFORESEEN DELAYS

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes stated above, unforeseen delays can occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including:

  • Customs processing
  • Courier or carrier delays
  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • International shipping disruptions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Sinastry World cannot guarantee delivery dates where delays are caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

5. PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

As Sinastry World is an emerging small clothing brand, some products will be available on a PRE-ORDER basis.

Pre-order items will always be clearly identified as PRE-ORDER in the product description.

Pre-orders allow us to produce our clothing in bulk while continuing to grow our business. We understand that waiting for your order may be frustrating, which is why we will keep you informed throughout the manufacturing process.

6. AGREEMENT TO SHIPPING TERMS

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read and understood our shipping policy.
  • You understand the difference between IN-STOCK and PRE-ORDER items.
  • In-stock orders follow our normal shipping timeframe stated above.
  • PRE-ORDER orders follow a separate 8–14 week production and delivery timeframe.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
